Prices
Our prices are cash prices including Value Added Tax; they are continuously being updated.
However, mistakes and short-term price
changes cannot be excluded. Should the current price be higher than
the one given in your order, we will notify you before delivering the
goods. Agreements reached orally on by telephone become valid only after
we have confirmed them in writing.
For orders we charge € 5,-- for shipment
within Germany up to 30 kg.
In some cases we have to charge a higher
transport fee. Then we will inform you before shipment.
Advice of Damage*
We accept liability for transportation risks. If a shipment is visibly damaged, please ask the postal service or transportation carrier to draw up an official advice of damage. Other damage claims are to be filed within 24 hours of delivery with your transportation carrier.
New customers can choose between cash on delivery and payment in advance.For our other costumers, this mode of payment is also available at special request, but unless specified otherwise, we will mail an invoice.
For cash-on-delivery shipments we charge an additional fee of € 3,-. The German Postal Service charges an extra fee of € 2,00.

Payment is due within 14 days. The delivered
goods remain our property until the invoice has been settled in its
entirety. Payment in rates has to be negotiated with us separately.
If payment is delayed, we charge an interest rate of 14% p.a. without
prior notice.
Receipt of payment
In order to facilitate claims, warranty cases etc., we recommend that you keep all documents regarding your purchase for some time (cash-on-delivery receipt, bank transfer, invoices and shipping documents).
We export catalogues only if payment is made in advance (catalogue price plus postage).
Shipments abroad are possible only if a payment is made in advance, the amount of which is determined by us. Consignment on approval and returns are not possible for exports. All shipment costs (postage, freight charges etc.) are to be paid by the customer.
Guns and ammunition can only be exported if you have an import license!
Delivery is made at the expense and risk of the recipient. The shipment can, however, be insured at the expense of the recipient. For purchases within the EU, German VAT is charged. Please find out about import and tariff regulations in your country. Please note that we cannot make out a movement certificate for all items. Due to the high cost of bank transfers, we charge a fee of € 10,00 per reimbursement.
Please take into account that the shipment
and payment charges can be considerable and might be out of proportion
in the case of small orders (e.g., a parcel weighing less than 5kg
to EU countries costs € 20,-- shipment plus banking charge
for receipt of payment € 8,00 plus your banking fees for a bank
transfer abroad).
The delivery times agreed upon are approximate.
Delivery delays entitle the customer to withdrawal or compensation in
damages due to no fulfillment only if we are guilty of gross negligence
in processing the order. Justified claims can only be accepted within
8 days after receipt of the goods. We are not liable for damages caused
either in the process of cleaning the item or by misuse, or for broken
stocks or ruptured springs.
In addition to the above-mentioned regulations, the regulations of the HGB (German Commercial Law) and the BGB (German Civil Law) are applicable. Should one of the above-mentioned regulations not be valid, the validity of the remaining regulations is not affected.
